What to Expect

For the Adults

The morning opens up with 15 minutes or so of our live band.  Songs are sung that help us to focus our attention and hopes toward God.  Some are rockin’, some are more mellow; all are intended to be worship to the one, we believe, is worthy of celebration.

Oops, maybe you’re wondering what the kids do...Just down the hallway is our Kid’s Connection Program areas for kids k-6 grade (the nursery is at the other end of that hallway).  Our trained staff will take great care of your kids while you relax and connect with some new friends and our God.
Following the band is a few minutes to refresh the coffee, shake someone’s hand, or take a moment to drop your welcome card or offerings in the basket by the food table.

Bibles and pens are readily available to you when we move into our time of connection with God’s Word.  If you don’t already have a Bible of your own, feel free to write your name in one and take it with you!

We want your experience with us to be one that reminds you of God’s love for you and causes you to want more encounters with Him in your everyday life.  We are all on this journey together,  so make yourself at home.

For the Kids

Ever wonder… “What does my child(ren) do while I’m in the gathering?”  Well, I’m glad you asked.

Nursery: infant - 2 years old. Coordinated by Lori Wojcik.  Our team sings, plays, and interacts with your child(ren) while you experience what God would have for you.  No worries here, if your little one needs you, the team knows right where to find you… so relax enjoy a cup of coffee, some fellowship, and God’s Word.

Explorers: Age 3 - Kindergarten.  Our Explorers are coordinated by Susie Bartlett & Cassie Lockwood who have a desire to see your child(ren) grow & learn about God in a hands on, interactive way.  This summer they will be using the Noah’s Park Curriculum which takes kids on adventures through Discovery Trails to learn Bible stories, sing praises, share & pray, create crafts & play games related to the lessons.

Kid’s Connection:  Elementary Ministry.  This summer’s end through the fall months the KC kid’s will be entering the “NEW DNA LAB” Each week the students will check in & begin their lessons with fun experiments, games, and other hands on activities.  The students will learn from some interesting Lab technicians via video feed & closely examine the Christian Life in a way that will stick... It’s a super fun bible based kid’s church, your kids are gonna love it!

We at MC2 desire to make our Kid’s Ministry the best hour of your child’s week!  An hour where they learn how to serve our real loving God in real ways!
